Dr. Theresa Leininger-Miller, author of New Negro Artists in Paris, discusses two best known works by Augusta Savage (1892-1962), Gamin and Lift Every Voice and Sing. She will be joined by Nana Adusei-Poku, adjunct instructor in The Cooper Union’s School of Art, and Wendy N. E.
